Audio Data

• We temporarily process audio from your microphone to convert speech to text
• Audio is processed in real-time and is NOT stored permanently
• When using Apple's on-device recognition, audio never leaves your device
• When using cloud-based recognition (for certain languages), audio is sent securely to Google's servers for processing

Device Information

• We generate a unique, anonymous device identifier to track usage for the free trial
• This identifier cannot be used to personally identify you
• We do NOT collect your name, email, or any personal information

Usage Data

• We track the amount of time you use the speech-to-text feature
• This is solely to enforce the 2-minute free trial limit

How We Use Your Information

• To provide speech-to-text functionality
• To enforce free trial usage limits
• To process subscription payments through Apple
• To improve our service

Data Storage & Security

• Audio data is processed in real-time and immediately discarded
• Usage data is stored securely on encrypted servers
• Device identifiers are hashed for additional privacy

Apple Speech Recognition

• Used for on-device speech recognition
• Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy

Google Cloud Speech-to-Text

• Used as a fallback for languages not supported by Apple
• Audio is transmitted securely and processed according to Google's Privacy Policy

Apple StoreKit

• Used to process subscription payments
• Payment information is handled entirely by Apple

• Stop using the app at any time
• Request deletion of your usage data by contacting us
• Cancel your subscription through Apple

Children's Privacy

Voice Anywhere is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
