By downloading, installing, or using Voice Anywhere ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Voice Anywhere is a macOS application that provides speech-to-text functionality, allowing users to dictate text into any application on their Mac. The App uses a combination of on-device Apple Speech Recognition and cloud-based Google Speech-to-Text services.

3. Free Trial and Subscription

• Free Trial: New users receive 2 minutes of free dictation time
• Subscription: After the free trial, continued use requires a paid subscription
• Pricing: $4.99/month for unlimited dictation
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings

4. Permitted Use

You may use the App for personal or professional dictation purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or subscription requirements
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Share your subscription with others
• Use automated tools to interact with the App

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

6. Intellectual Property

Voice Anywhere and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Speech recognition will be 100% accurate
• The App will be compatible with all systems or configurations

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR PROFITS.

9. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services including:

• Apple Speech Recognition
• Google Cloud Speech-to-Text
• Apple StoreKit for payments

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
